Tacit Tuesdays! {25)

Hey Ya'll!

Today I'm at the library all day.  The library is basically our second home; I've been volunteering here for years and years.  We had to be here at 9:45 today (15 minutes before the library opened to the public) to run through our puppet shows once more; then at 10:30 was the actual show.  Julia, 2 friends, and I do the shows for the toddlers.  It is really fun, but pretty tiring on your arms. lol  Then we had lunch here hosted by the library as a thanks for our work.  Then we blew up balloons and hung up decorations for the tween party at 3.  And now I'm waiting around for our 6 o' clock party to start.  Once this post is published I'm going to go help again.  So, anywho, I've been in the library for 7 hours already, and I will have been at the library for over10 hours by the time we leave.  Yuppers.  Haha.  It's pretty cool.  Plus piiiizzzzzaaaaaaa..... Ahh...

Anywho, here are some random pictures taken around my room.  Enjoy, peeps.

These are some of my posters in my room. =)

The bottom of my pointe shoe. =)

Okay, you might have a Nancy Drew collection.  Those nice, beautiful yellow hardbacks.  Most of them probably look like the one below:

But, the truly old ones are the real deal:

Oh, man. <3 <3  Hand me an old book like this and I am in llooooovvveee!!!!

And this is from India, given to me by my bestest real life friend, Rachel. =) <3

Well, this was a short one, but at least it got published! lol  =)

    1. I love this post! I know how you feel. I would love spend all day at the library if I could. I adore Nancy Drew. It was so interesting to find that the Carolyn Keene isn't real, just a pen name. I love Tactic Tuesdays!

I own 2 of the books, they are really old and I use them for decorations. I got them at our library for free and I never read them. *gulp* I'm getting nervous! 4. I'll just have to have a Nancy Drew month and post only things about Nancy Drew. Nancy Drew pictures on TT, Nancy Drew facts, quotes, reviews, etc, etc....That actually sounds pretty fun ;)

    6. Uhh *waving hand in air* hi! Remember me? Yeah, I started this conversation. ;) I'm getting really nervous! What did I start?! Yeek! Maybe I'll have to look into the books. Well, if you ever need any more idea let me know. I'm really good at it. I help my sisters with blog ideas all the time. ;) BTW, I got Robin Hood today. Have either of you read it? If so, what did you think? I think I got the first book in the series. :)

    7. Oh yea, I had almost forgotten about you. ;) Sorry Julia. =) You probably just started Frankestins monster, don't worry. ;) Which version of Robin Hood did you get? I've read three versions so far. =P have ether of you watched The Challenge For Robin Hood, its by far my favorite RH movie. =D

    8. I got the Robin Hood and His Merry Outlaws, by J. Walker Mcspadden. It is kinda old, 1946. Have you read this one? I haven't watched any movies about Robin Hood other than the Disney movie. ;) lol! Which was your favorite version to read? There are so many! I don't know why, but I suddenly had a huge desire to read Robin Hood! :D It suddenly sounded really interesting. ;)

    9. I have not read that one yet. What about you Jessica? I love the Disney movie. =D I haven't actually read many, and the ones I've read I haven't liked so I'm just going to pass the floor to Jessica and see what she has to say. =)

I like watching it when I'm sick. ;) It is like, 5 million times better than any of the newer Disney movies! Anyway! ;) I guess I'll just start reading it and tell you what I think. Thanks for your help! *sarcasm* lol!!! :D Hahaa!
