Hi! Once again I'm posting Tuesdays post at the very end of Tuesday. Oh, well. Next week will be more on time, I promise! =) And I guess when I said that "not all of the (Tacit Tuesdays) will have a theme..." I guess I was wrong. Now I should say "There will be a Tacit Tuesday every once in a while that does not have a theme!" Haha
Being pro-life is something that I hold very dear to me. It is one thing that makes my heart just ache. So, I have collected from my Pinterest page a total of 31 pro-life pins, which is too many for one post, so next Tuesday I will continue this same theme. Please pray with me, first off for the mothers that are making or have made decisions that they will probably regret their entire lives. But pray also for God's patience and mercy. His anger is long-suffering, but as a nation we are sinning SO much, that eventually his patience will run out. And finally, pray for the many people in our nation that need Christ.
That said, here is Part One:

I completely agree ! I love all the pictures you have collected and it's shocking ! My favourite one is the bacteria on Mars vs the beating heart on earth ! Although I do also see the other side of view as in some cases I think that it could be very difficult without an abortion. I respect everyone's decisions.

I completely agree as well. It just makes me queasy looking at all these. I especially like the one about how its just a normal day.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to Part 2!
Thanks for your comments, guys! (Um, girls, uh...Ya'll) ;) They mean a lot! =D
ReplyDeleteAbortion is so cruel and yet people think of it as a right or something that is a choice. A choice to kill? I don't think so. Even some people who are Christians pray for abortion and think that it's the greatest thing. They believe in a God that creates and believe that they have the choice or right to kill an unborn child which God knits together in its mother's womb. Psalm 139:13-16
ReplyDelete13 For thou hast possessed my reins:
Thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:
Marvellous are thy works;
And that my soul knoweth right well.
15 My substance was not hid from thee,
When I was made in secret,
And curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect;
And in thy book all my members were written,
Which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them
Abortion makes me mad and sad. Mad that people think that they have the "right" to kill. And sad because what they call "fetus" I call baby and human and they kill innocent life. I'll get off my soap box now.. (hey, another phrase you can look up ;)) I can't wait 'till next week when you post the second half! <3 (p.s. I really like the pic that says let God plan parenthood)
I totally agree. And one thing that bugs me is this: I saw a pro-choice (ugh) pin that said, "I support the child...The 14 year old child forced to have a baby." Excuse me?? Forced? If they didn't have boyfriends and weren't doing all "that" having a child would be no issue. So don't tell me that they were forced to make out with their boyfriend and get pregnant....(Yes, there are extreme issues of rape, but that's a different topic.) Well, I'll get off my soap box now also... ;)
DeleteEXACTLY!!! (rape is a different issue and there some rare occurrences where if the mothers has the child it would kill her) BTW, I looked up the phrase soap box and the phrase originated where if people spoke in public (e.g. a street preacher) they would get a wooden box to stand on so that when a crowd would join they could be seen. Normally the box would say soap on it. So that is the origin of that phrase! =) Anyways I got a little off-topic there. <3
